The Great Fire of 1916

By the end of the day on October 5, 1916, the blaze had taken the lives of ten men and completely destroyed the beautiful rotunda and main section of the college, located at King’s Highway and Easton avenues. The deceased included two invalid Brothers, their attendant, a night watchman, and six firemen.
