BASKETBALL

Varsity lost to Vianney 56-47, the C-team defeated Vianney 40-36 and the D-team defeated Parkway South 56-33  (more)

WRESTLING

The Wrestling program has some schedule changes. The meet originally schedule with Chaminade has been rescheduled on January 14th at Chaminade at 6:00 p.m. The meet currently scheduled for January 20th against Francis Howell North has been moved to January 28th at Francis Howell North at 6:00 p.m.
 

ALL METRO

Soccer - Despite losing to DeSmet in the District final last month the Varsity soccer team received some hardware today. The Post Dispatch All Metro team recognized 6 players: Senior Zach Hundelt was named to the 1st team, Senior Nick Sanchez was named to the 2nd team, Junior Ryan Tinsley was named tot he 3rd team, while Junior Drew Duncan, Junior Sean Kuster, Junior Austin Tierney and Junior Matt Hutchison were all named Honorable Mention. Football - Senior Roderick Alton was honored as a 2nd team All Metro Selection. The Senior had over 1900 yards rushing and 20 TD's. Junior Zach Fetter was honored as a Honorable Mention selection as a defensive lineman. (Full Story Here)

Swimming - Senior Connor Murphy repeated as a 1st team selection to the All Metro team. Connor finished his career with 11 state medals including 2 this season. (Full Story Here)

HOCKEY

Varsity Hockey to be featured as part of Mid-States High School Hockey Winter Classic! Taking a page from the NHL the Mid States Club Hockey Association will feature an outdoor showcase of St. Louis Hockey at Shaw Park in Clayton. (Click Here For Details)

Varsity Hockey again showed its mettle by winning the prestigious annual Blackhawk tournament in Chicago over New Trier Green over the holidays. The Icemen opened the tournament by beating Fenwick in the quarterfinals and were undefeated (3-0) in pool play. The team won its semifinal game, 6-1, over Neuqua Valley on Monday and worked hard to pull out a thrilling 4-3 win in overtime to win the tournament.
