Description
Christian Brothers College High School in St. Louis is seeking a full-time President to start July 2024.
The school operates in the President and Principal model and seeks an entrepreneurial president with exceptional poise, presence, and communications skills. To qualify, you will need to be a practicing Catholic, accomplished mission-driven servant-leader with a portfolio of leadership success, and experience working with a high-level fiduciary Board.
The President serves as the chief executive officer of the school and is responsible for the operational vitality for the school, including advancement, enrollment, marketing, finances, and capital projects. The President leads and articulates the school’s mission and vision, creates, and implements strategic plans, and builds and nurtures constituent and stakeholder relationships on and off campus. The President also bears ultimate responsibility for the school’s Catholic identity and is supported by a robust senior leadership team in carrying out these responsibilities.
