Description
Christian Brothers College High School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our team.. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first level support to all faculty, staff, and students, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, network-related hardware, classroom AV equipment, and ensuring the integrity of data during repairs and re-imaging.

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will manage the daily use and administration of Help Desk software and develop and maintain the CBC IT Help Desk Manual. You will also maintain printer supply inventory, assist with audio/visual needs at special functions, and support the Director of Technology, Cybersecurity Engineer, or Systems Engineer as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Opening the Helpdesk at 7:30 AM each school day
-Provide Tier 1 technical support to faculty, staff, and students
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, network-related hardware, and classroom AV equipment
-Ensure the integrity of data during repairs and re-imaging
-Manage the daily use and administration of Help Desk-related software
-Develop and maintain the CBC IT Help Desk Manual
-Maintain printer supply inventory
-Assist with audio/visual needs at special functions
-Support the Director of Technology, Cybersecurity Engineer, or Systems Engineer as needed
