CBC will be officially recognized at the 86th Annual ITEEA Conference opening session in Memphis, TN, on March 6-9, 2024. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and innovation of CBC's faculty, staff, and students.

Principal Tim Seymour expressed his excitement: "We are thrilled and deeply honored to receive this prestigious recognition from ITEEA. Our dedicated faculty and staff have worked tirelessly to establish a robust STEM curriculum, empowering our students with the tools they need to thrive in the rapidly evolving 21st century."

At CBC, STEM education is an integral part of the comprehensive program, offering students diverse classes and engaging extracurricular activities. Students have the opportunity to explore fields such as aviation, robotics, coding, and engineering design, preparing them for the modern workforce.

Joe Henken, Director of the CBC STEM Academy, emphasized the importance of preparing students for the modern workforce, saying, "In today's world, employees are not solely valued for what they know, but rather for what they can do. We are dedicated to equipping our students with a strong foundation, fostering critical thinking, and honing problem-solving skills essential for success in our fast-paced, technology-driven society."

CBC's recognition as an ITEEA STEM School of Excellence is a testament to the school's commitment to excellence in STEM education and its dedication to preparing students for success in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. A second well-deserved banner will be proudly displayed at the school, symbolizing this outstanding achievement.
