Beckley named Vice President of Advancement

Christian Brothers College High School would like to welcome Ms. Rika Beckley as the school’s new Vice President of Advancement.

“Rika comes to Christian Brothers College High School with an extensive background in fundraising,” CBC President Michael Jordan, AFSC, said. “Her past experience with higher education and other Catholic organizations is going to reinforce, and definitely grow, our outreach to our alumni and families. We warmly welcome her as our Vice President of Advancement.”

A St. Louis native, Beckley has worked in development offices at Miami University, Clarion University, Washington & Jefferson College and University of Pittsburgh over the past 30 years. She comes to CBC from the Franciscan Spirituality Center in La Crosse, Wisc., where she served as the Director of Development.

Beckley earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics at Valparaiso University and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the Indiana University Center on Philanthropy.

“I recently moved back to my hometown of St. Louis to be near family,” Beckley said. “I chose to work for CBC because of its long standing reputation for excellence and commitment to Catholic values.
