All agencies listed below have been organized by category, and listed alphabetically. Each service agency meets the requirements of the junior and senior service program unless noted otherwise. We strongly advise that all juniors and seniors begin here when searching for a potential "fit" for their service project. 
Please note that if you opt to complete your service through an agency that is NOT listed below, it must be pre-approved by the office of Campus Ministry. Without pre-approval, any hours completed will not be accepted.
All of that said, we can only share the opportunities we are aware of, so please keep us in mind if you are in need of volunteers for an upcoming (or ongoing) event! Reinert Dining Hall

MISSION: Founded in 2001, The Campus Kitchens Project is the national program. On university and high school campuses across the country, students transform unused food from dining halls, grocery stores, restaurants, and farmers’ markets into meals for their community. Because food alone will never end hunger, Campus Kitchens also develop innovative local solutions that go ‘beyond the meal’ and target hunger’s root causes.

MISSION: St. Louis Children’s Hospital will do what is right for children.
NOTES: The structure of the Volunteer Program is based on a consistent weekly schedule, which usually consists of one 3 to 4 hour shift a week. All student volunteers will be required to serve a minimum of 75 hours of service over a 2-semester time period before written documentation of service will be released. Currently, our greatest volunteer needs fall on weekdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., though we do have limited opportunities in the evenings and weekends.
