Later School Start Time
Beginning at the start of the 2018-19 school year, the CBC school day was changed to begin at 8:40 AM and conclude at 3:00 PM. This change is being made following extensive study, review and discussion by a team of CBC administrators, teachers, students and parents.
Our goal is to better align our school day hours with the natural sleep cycle of our teenage students. Please review the information linked below as well as the Frequently Asked Question document to best understand why we are confident that this change will best serve our students.
