CBC Trap Team Wins State Championship

We are thrilled to announce that the CBC Trap Team has emerged as back-to-back State Champions. 
 
Here are some individual winners for the day and for the season:
  • Charlie Stone with a 98/100 and a reverse run of 13 won 1st place Varsity Male of the tournament.
  • Blake Thien also with a 98/100 and a reverse run of 8 won 2nd place Varsity Male of the tournament.
  • Peter Lauman with a 93/100 won 1st place Junior Varsity of the tournament.
  • Logan Szachnieski with a 90/100 and a reverse run of 13 won 3rd place Junior Varsity of the tournament. (Xander Johnson also shot a 90 but a reverse run of 4 left him just a little short of Logan.)
  • Charlie Stone and Andrew Herbig tied for 1st place in the conference for the season average score.
  • Trevor Kellogg got 3rd place in the conference for the season average score.
  • Charlie Stone, Andrew Herbig and Trevor Kellogg earned All-State for the season.
  • Trevor Kellogg won the CBC Jake Schafer ('22) Leadership Award for the team.

The CBC Trap Team's triumph at the state championship and the individual accomplishments of Charlie Stone, Blake Thien, Peter Lauman, Logan Szachnieski, Andrew Herbig, and Trevor Kellogg are a testament to their exceptional skills, determination, and teamwork. Congratulations to the entire CBC Trap Team on a truly remarkable season and for representing CBC with unwavering excellence.
